I began B-12 injections 2 times per week and within one week noticed a dramatic improvement in my energy levels. I am 40 years old and was tired all of the time. Now I feel like I did in my 20's. I had forgotten what it was like to have this kind of energy. The shots don't bother me at all. They don't even hurt. This is great and I will continue the shots without question.

This has changed my life. I use B 12 injections monthly. I do not absorb B12. My symptoms were, fatigue (I could't get enough sleep and would wake up tired), ear ringing, tingling in my legs, daily diarrhea, some balance loss. My MD started me with weekly B12 inj. for 4 weeks, then once every 2 weeks. Now once every 4-6 weeks. I do them myself, its very easy. Approximately 6 weeks after taking the injs. I was in the shower washing my hair and thought "Oh my, its not an effort to raise my hands over my head to wash my hair" Over the next few months the leg tingling, ear ring, and other symptoms were gone. I choose to give myself the injections due to my work schedule, I'm a flight attendant and my hours vary monthly. B12 injs worked for me.

Was experiencing burning and intermittent pain in both feet. Went to WebMD and read about neuropathy and got Vit. B12 and within 3 weeks my symptoms were greatly improved. See my MD. next week and plan to talk with him about the issue, but I am pleased with the results I received.
