How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5 to 7 business day delivery for Canadian orders and 7 to 9 business days for USA orders from the time the order is shipped from our supplier. If for unknown reasons your package does not arrive, we will reship your package at no extra cost. We strive to have your order processed and filled within one business day of receiving your complete order.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping charge is $12.95. All orders over $68 qualify for FREE shipping.
Do you ship to the United States or other parts of the world?
We ship to Canada and the USA only.
Do you offer same day shipping?
At this time we only ship through Canada Post.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you a shipping conformation email usually within one business day with tracking number.
