I have always taken b12 for energy. I truly cannot say switching to Canada direct health has gotten me a better product. BUT I CAN SAY my first shipment came with both bottles busted. I sent a quick email....thinking well even if they don't replace it....the company needs to be aware of the product making it to me damaged. The very next day I got an email with an apology and to inform me a new shipment was on its way. No questions asked....customer for life.

I take B12 for fatigue. If you don't feel a difference your dosage is probably too low. No side effects and don't feel as tired in the afternoon. I also have been sleeping better at night.
