I have always had an issue with not having enough B12. I had to take shots as a kid. I was feeling run down as an adult, and started taking them again. I am sleeping better and my nails are growing...which I think is weird, but hey, I will take it! I have always had soft nails, and now I have nice nails and sleep better. Can't beat that!
